Nieuw Zuid Real Estate Development Model – Belgium

For the Nieuw Zuid project, a modular presentation model was created so that each building is detachable and can be presented independently. The model started with two modules and ten detailed buildings. Over the course of eight years, as the architectural project expanded, new buildings were added one by one to the present: now the model has four modules and 26 detailed buildings, all with different designs and architects.
