Architectural Model for presentation, created for a five-star hotel complex in the Mamaia resort.
The hotel development consists of two phases: Nordis Wave and Nordis Dune. In total, eight accommodation blocks are constructed with a height regime of G+12. The perimeter balconies of each block depict rhythmic waves or randomly arranged sand dunes on the facades. In the model, transparent windows were installed for the service areas and commercial spaces. The interiors are furnished with furniture, pools, receptions, etc. The vegetation is specific to the seaside area, composed of palm trees, exotic plants, etc. The beach areas are executed with a very high level of detail, suggesting a fully equipped and furnished private beach.
