German Village Model, Chisinau

Conceptual urban planning model created for a large-scale residential project.

The model project was developed to showcase the scope of the real estate development on the outskirts of Chisinau to the public. The project buildings are 3D printed and painted. To enhance the delineation of the project phases, they have been illuminated and grouped according to the development stages, with each stage capable of being individually lit. The vegetation has been manually crafted, with each element independently executed and mounted on the site. The neighboring agricultural lands are represented in the model with a texture and color scheme representative of reality.
